The room was clean, the gentleman at the front desk as well as the employees, were all so friendly. We got a great nights sleep as well. Bed was comfy. We will definitely stay here again.

Affordable rooms. The outside looks a little scary but don’t let it scare you. The rooms are decently clean. My husband and I stayed here for 1 night with two littles the room was good for what we needed. The gentleman who helped us was very polite and helpful. Room is vintage looking but nothing to complain about. Especially for the area. Great for a quick snooze. No bedbugs or bugs in general. Rooms did not look dirty. Great service.

It’s an older hotel, I’ve stayed here on & off for about 30 years. It has been upgraded, very clean, bed was comfortable, room was nice. Love the view from the back rooms. Current owners are very nice, enjoyed my stay.

The room size is about what you would expect of a motel built during its time. The rooms were well taken care of and had good carpeting and were clean. The water pressure in the tub and shower both worked great. The room is furnished with a bigger refrigerator so you have more space than most motels and it also has a freezer. The beds were comfortable and were in good shape. I would have liked to have an additional pillow for my bed but I am not going to take off a star for that, since I feel like I could have asked the motel staff for one and they would have given it to me. I was solo in my room so that is one thing I would take into account if I had two people in my bed; the pillows provided might not be enough. The owners/staff at the hotel were welcoming and went out of their way to greet you and make sure that you were well taken care of. I feel like they take pride in the motel and value their guests. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast. The location is great if you are bringing kids because the parking lot is large and on the backside of the hotel there is plenty of open parking for kids to play. Not to mention the hotel sits back aways from the highway. You also get a great view of Kansas fields as you are out on the edge of town. So it is nice and quiet. The town is small so food is not too far away but your options are limited after 10 at night. You can get delivery from Walmart from Concordia if needed. If you are looking for a place with as good of a view in Kansas as you can get and feel like you are out in the country, this is the place. There is a pond just to the west of there, not sure if the owner of the property allows fishing or not but it is in walking distance. Would stay again if needed.

We came into town late at night, looking for a place to stay for the night and even though we showed up very late, the owner was super friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the entire staff were extremely friendly. We will definitely stay here again next time we pass through.

The service was great, shower water temp was a little hard to figure out cause where you would think it was hot it wasn't it was a different setting, but that wasn't a hige issue. Beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in on the road. Definitely recommend

Very accommodating while checking in late at night. The beds were very comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood was very quiet.. We appreciate you being there for us on our long journey!

Had to stay here for my fiances dentist appointment, we booked online and check in was quick and easy, staff was super nice, the rooms are a little outdated, but clean. Awesome water pressure with the showerhead. We got a non-smoking king room, the bed was big enough for me, my fiance, and our 1.5year old to sleep comfortably and the beds are SO comfy I had a hard time getting up in the morning Unfortunately we didnt get up early enough for breakfast
